Heart in Hand Custom Gift Baskets is a project of the Step Up Transition Center. Students in the program range in age from 18-21 years old. The goal of the program is to equip our young adults with special needs with the pre-employment skills they will need to successfully thrive in today’s changing world.

Funds raised from this program are invested back into the project with any proceeds helping fund community outings for the students.

Ready-made and custom gift baskets are available based on price and preferences.
